I did not give up coffee with either of my pregnancies. I did a lot of research on things to avoid and the actual reason behind it, and didn't see any convincing reason to avoid something I enjoy SO much.

I drank it after the first tri..only because it made me nauseous in the early days!

I drink 8 oz about 5 times a week. I started around 9 weeks because our MW told me I could. I really love drinking it, and I kind of need it to help me go to the bathroom!

Yup- there's tons of research that says a cup of coffee or tea a day is perfectly fine. I stuck with one cup in the AM and occasionally would allow myself another small one in the afternoon.

I didn't drink it the first trimester either. Now I have one a day and it's usually decaf. Sometimes I have two a day on the weekend, but one is always decaf.

I was a big coffee addict before but couldn't stomach it during. I did have caffeinated soda tho.

Just occasionally. I'm not a big coffee drinker, when I drink it, it's usually a specialty coffee drink and a "treat". Ex. Mocha Frapp!

I try to limit myself to one cup a day, sometimes if I'm extra tired I'll sneak a coke or iced tea during lunch. With baby #1, I didn't have a cup of coffee till my 2nd tri- couldn't even smell it.

Sure did. I'm mostly a tea drinker, so continued to drink one cup of black tea a day, every day....except on some days (maybe 1-2x/week) when I feel like I needed an extra pick me up and I'd get a tall latte. One shot of espresso has approximately 75 mg of caffeine, so even a double shot is still well below the max recommended in pregnancy.
