Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I got it before getting pregnant and now it is way worse! It feels like your legs just HAVE TO MOVE! They get so restless (eek, that doesn't seem like the most helpful explanation).

I've had it through this entire pregnancy. It drives me nuts. My legs just have to move. There is no ignoring it and keeping my legs in one position.
I usually get really frustrated and get out of bed and walk around a bit. Sometimes I'll massage my legs, with or without cream or lotion, or I'll take a warm bath. I have yet to find a permanent solution (or at least something that will work for more than 10 minutes).

I've also had it since before pregnancy, and it was WAY worse during... It's almost like a pins and needles feeling in your legs, and if you really can't ignore it. My legs will spasm if I try to keep them still while they are tingly. It's mischievous worse after having alcohol, if I'm over tired, havent had enough water during the day, or pregnant. It's impossible to sleep through.

Yep, I've gotten it recently (22 weeks pregnant). It's hard to explain, other than my legs just HAVE to move. It's really annoying because it definitely doesn't help with my insomnia.

I have had it for years and it got worse during pregnancy. You just feel like you can't keep your legs still. Tingling feeling.
Working out regularly really helped. I also started taking magnesium and it helped.

Has anyone tried the bar of soap trick? Putting it under the sheets between your legs.
