I think we waited until we were ready to share. Same reasons.

We waited until we wanted everyone to know, especially after an 11w loss earlier in the year.

We told her around four weeks, but she was fifteen months and not telling anyone. With #3 we didn't find out until ten weeks so I didn't have to wait to tell her. She doesn't really tell anyone anything about my baby belly, she talks more about her own baby belly...he says "let me out!" And is coming on Wednesday.

I can't remember when we told DD1 that her little sister was on the way, but she was only 10 months old when we got pregnant anyway, so it wasn't like she was going to be telling anyone! Now with LO3, we haven't told either of our girls yet - they're 3 and 21 months (and the younger one is a great talker!) and I just don't want them talking about a baby in mummy's belly yet. I'll tell them when I start getting a proper bump I think....

@Truth Bombs: hahaha. The only real interest my son has in my baby bump is driving his cars on it.

We told her quite early, from what I remember. We also told her about the pregnancy in between (she was very young and we lost that pregnancy), now she knows one of the birth stones on my necklace is for "the baby in the sky".

We're going to tell her when we tell our parents, she is so obsessed with babies right now.

I know she'll be excited when there really is a bably in there for her to be big sister to. She's always telling me that shes a good big sister, lol.

We waited to tell my stepson until about 10 weeks I think. We waited because I'd had a previous loss at 6 weeks.

We didn't talk about it much in the beginning and I wouldn't say it was keeping it a secret because she was just turned 2.
