I'm trying to come up with a name for my new ride. Mom came up with twin taxi or baby mobile but I'm not sure I'm LOVING those...

Mom-mobile. Lol it's a Chevy HHR, I don't have a picture on my phone.
I drove a midnight blue Chevy Cobalt Coupe with a spoiler and chrome detail prior to the HHR... Everyone has teased me about my white, four door, station wagon-esque replacement. I like the extra space and being able to nurse LO in the backseat really easily. I also love that we can go places as a family (which includes two dogs).

Well, I didn't name it...DH did. DH gave it to me when we started dating (he got a new car), and he nicknamed it PIF (Punch In The Face) because when it rained, it would leak a little and smell. Classy, I know.
This isn't my car...no palm trees where I live! 2001 Honda CR V

My 99 Honda CR-V is Gretchen. I don't remember how it came to be, but it fits her.

My Pontiac was Paolo (now DH drives that car). He was a sexy Latin dancer hahahahaha.
I haven't named my Edge yet! Nothing seems to suit it, but I'm pretty sure it's a girl since it's my dream "mom car"

We sometimes call it "el diminuto"...like "the small one" because it is hard to spot in parking lots since it is shorter than other cars.

My first car (that's still alive and kicking) was a green vw bug. It isnt the typical lime green though, more of a yellow-green. The color vw called it was "isotope green" so we named it "Izzy."

Penny. She's a white Prius. The name suits her because she's wholesome.

@Mrs. Chen: I like that that's why you like the name, as a Mom of a Penny lol
My first car was a tan '86 VW Jetta and her name was Velma. I also had a LeBaron convertible in 2004 that we named Lebron, since he had either just been drafted or just entered the NBA and was all over the news.

Our first BMW was Lisle. Unfortunately we only drove her for ten months before she was claimed by Hurricane Sandy. Her replacement, the same model, is named Ingrid.

I've driven an old land rover named Nigel, a BMW station wagon named Gretchen, and a really old Mercury Grand Marquis named Madeline.
I haven't named my current one yet. It's a Toyota Sienna mini van, silver. Any ideas?

@Arden: ooh I love Nigel!
We had a series of pick-up trucks: Steve, Rose, & Stella. I've had a silver Corolla for over a decade, Elsie (it was LC for Little Car) & we got a vw jetta wagon in white named Pearl. We like "old lady" names for our cars I'm putting Liesel on the short list for our next car!

Our new Outback is named 'Kietha'. It's a joke from Flight of the Conchords...a girl that one of them dates is an Austrailian girl named Keitha and they talk about how weird of a name it is. We think its hilarious...

I have a white Acadia, his name is Archie. My cars usually always have male names (one female.) I"ve had a ton of vehicles:
Calvin, Chuck, Paulie, Lester, Farrabe (Farrah for short.. the girl), Frankie, and now Archie.
