Well, I lost my first pregnancy, but looking back I definitely had symptoms earlier with my second pregnancy (as early as 7DPO). I was just so sure that I wasn't pregnant that I didn't identify them as such. Exhaustion hit earlier, a burning pain in one nipple, food aversion (the smell of bacon cooking made me sick at about 10DPO), and uncontrollable sneezing fits (which I don't think are common at all, but it's only ever happened during that pregnancy, and it happened several times).

With my first pregnancy I was mildly nauseous and very tired, but I didn't really feel either one until after my BFP.

I took a pregnancy test because I got the tingling milk coming in feeling in my boobs (it wasn't milk obviously!). Not sure how many DPO that was, but going backwards it was when I was 3w5d pregnant. I got a positive test last time at around 10 dpo, but felt no symptoms then.
