As far as I could tell, no! I had a mirror and at least at that point there was no pooping. Owell if I do this time!

The first delivery I don't know cause it was an emergent situation so I wasn't paying attention to that.
The second time I farted really loud and I do believe I pooped a little.
This last time I only pushed 4 times and did not poop thankfully lol

DH tried to lie and tell me no...then I told him I knew I did bc I felt it and noticed the quick reaction of the nurses to clean it up. Either way...K was out in 5 contractions - and if pooping is what it took then I am happy!
As my doctors and nurses all said...you get a totally free pass in the L&D rooms!

Just so we're clear.. are we talking *ahem* hershey's syrup or tootsie rolls? I thought everything really loosened up in early labor?? For some reason I envisioned cute little tootsie rolls but now i'm scared of a poopsplosion!

@thismustbetheplace: I agree with @CottonCandy: I could not have cared less in the moment...

I was wondering if anyone would ever ask this! I was always worried about this and yup, I pooped. Multiple times during my 2 hours if pushing. The worst part was I could smell it. The nurses cleaned it up right away but DH knew what was going on. Everyone said you wouldn't care at the time but I did. I hope next time I can be less embarassed!
