I haven't gained as much weight, but my belly is bigger than with my first. Or at least it feels like it!

Definitely showed faster, even though I showed really early for #1. People that knew me could tell by 8/9 weeks. It evened out around 20 weeks.

Definitely showed faster for my 2nd and 3rd. It evened out for LO 2 around 20ish weeks. Right after my missed period for 3.

Definitely showed faster, but I got pregnant again only 4.5 months after I had my first.

Yes, my belly looked further along at fewer weeks than during my first pregnancy.

Yes, almost instantly! But now at 27 weeks, I'm just about the same as I was with #1, maybe even a little smaller.

OMG yes! I'm only 7.5 weeks and I have a definite bump. It's getting hard to hide. I'm already in maternity pants. With dd I only started showing at 15 weeks.
pomelo / 5607 posts
Definitely! So far at 15 weeks I'm still bigger than last time. And DH has a coworker who is about 4 weeks ahead of me with her first, and we're about the same size.

Maybe a little but nothing that was noticeable to anyone else. I ended up gaining a little bit more with #2 but seemed to carry the same.

@bushelandapeck: yea all my coworkers tell me I'm not even showing yet, but I feel like my uterus/belly is expanding at exponential speed
grapefruit / 4663 posts
Nope but at 26 weeks I'm the same size or bigger though I've gained a few less pounds
pomegranate / 3127 posts
Not really, I thought I was but people didn't start noticing until like 16 weeks. Or they were too nice to say something until I did!

Yep like as soon as I took the test it seemed. I was in maternity pants by 6-7 weeks, but it evened out by week 20ish
nectarine / 2834 posts
yep! I'm also bigger at almost 20 weeks than I was with DD1. Oh well!

No! I showed much earlier with my first, and actually later with my second. I just carried them Both so differently! Now I'm pregnant with #3 and most definitely showing at only 8 weeks.

I think it was about the same for both pregnancies. I was saying to a friend a few weeks ago that I was worried I wasn't very big yet and hoped the baby was okay, then suddenly it all popped

Yep, most of it was bloating, but I looked big by like 12 weeks, then it died down a little. I'm actually smaller this round now that I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy, I've had people comment on how I look "so much better" this time...uhhh thanks, I didn't think I was a hefer last time ha? I know they mean it as a compliment but just say "you seem smaller..."

I showed at 6 months with LO1 and I'm 5 months with LO2 and finally showing (I think).
I'm definitely bigger, faster with LO2 but DS is soooo low that I have lot of flat belly before you get to bump. It's still really easy to hide. There's nothing happening above my belly button still at 23 weeks.

I immediately couldn't wear my tightest leggings, but other than that, I have not been showing nearly as much with this second pregnancy as I did with my first. I've gained 4 or 5 pounds at 18 weeks, and I feel like I'm barely showing. It's a combination of weighing a bit less, and way increased core strength.

I looked 6 months pregnant pretty much immmediately with my second! And have had a bigger belly all the way through so far.
