After a friend's daughter got food caught in her airway, I started thinking about how little I remember about all this. Before our first kid was born, I took a CPR course and got certified! I was good for a while but it's been 6 years and I've forgotten almost everything... gonna watch some videos online to refresh my memory.

No, but I think I will insist on taking one before this new baby is born. We ran out of steam for classes before C, and I've regretted missing that one. Bao's post got me thinking about it too.
