I'm not really that big I suppose, but my stomach my now weighing heavily on me - everything seems so uncomfortable. I feel like a support band would feel a little better, but not sure if I really need it. Pain is more in the stretching and weight of my tummy vs. back.
Did you use a support belt or band? What did it help with?
It did start to feel better after I 'toughed it out' for a bit. Or maybe I'm just used to it now!
