I went on a 4-mile run. It's getting harder and harder to do in the second trimester, but I want to keep going as long as I feel good.

Yes! I've been weight training for the past few days and it's felt great to get back feeling "sore."
@ChiCalGoBee: I really miss running. I'm only 11 weeks and haven't been able to run since 5 weeks since my nausea is so bad. Good for you to be able to keep it up!

Kind of. I took a 30 minute intro to pilates class. It was more talking and then working out. I'll go for a long walk later with my dog.
