She hated it at first but as soon as she was able to hold her head off the floor she grew to kind of like it. I can't remember when the change came but suddenly she LOVED tummy time, then as soon as she could sit up from lying down there was no looking back.

@Pepper: I didn't push it, if he started crying I flipped him. I usually tried to make it entertaining for him and there have been good blog posts about that. Of course once he figured out rolling on to his stomach on his own, that is all he did. Silly babies

Our LO does the exact same thing; she army crawls with her legs and gets pissed off that she can't go anywhere. She haaates tummy time. I only do it every other day right now.

The turning point for us came when I did tummy time on the boppy. I'd put it on the bed and lay DD down on it while I folded laundry. I think having the little boost and being able to watch me really helped. I'd say at eight weeks she really started to enjoy it.

R usually likes tummy time for a little while. There are times when she hates it though. I just try again later if she's not having it.

I say closer to 3 months. She hated it in the beginning!

She wasnt a fan. I wouldn't push it. We had a tummy time song. I had small goals: 1 minute, then half the song, then the whole song then how many times we could go through the song.

M hated it. I don't remember a time that she liked it and I was stressed about it. I kept up with it but I wasn't crazy about it. As age got stronger and older and could hold her head up better safe was much happier.

Xander has always hated tummy time. He'll tolerate it for a few minutes, but even now, at six months, he hates it. Probably because he's no good at rolling. Oh well.
