If you were told from an US that your LO had hair, did that turn out to be correct? I had a growth scan at 32 weeks and I was surprised when the US tech said she could see hair on my baby- I didn't know that was something you could tell on an US!

We saw some hair on an ultrasound and he did have hair! And my sister's babies showed lots of hair and they did indeed have tons of hair. So crazy to me that you can see that on an ultrasound!

We had a 3d ultrasound around 28 weeks with dd2 and the tech said she had hair. She was born with a head full of hair!

Yes times two. Both of my girls showed lots of hair in their ultrasounds and both were born with a full head of hair.

We were told DD would have tons of hair at several ultrasounds (I had twins so we had tons of US). During delivery my dr told me she could feel DD's head and she was bald! I was like um that can't be right. I bought her a ton of bows. In the end she had a little old man mullet, but was bald on top!

Yes - it was obvious on the late term ultrasounds that LO had a lot of hair, and she was born with a full head of hair!

Yes to both =) during my later BPPs the u/s tech always had to jiggle my stomach a bit to get her to move around- a few times we could see the hair moving on her head. It was nuts. Born with a good bit of hair!

Yes, the US tech said it was near the nape of her neck and we saw it moving in the fluid! It reminded me of seaweed in the water, lol. And she ended up having lots of hair!

@oliviaoblivia: that's more hair than my 2-year olds have!
They told me the reason you can see it is the lanuga stuff that's on their skin sticks to the hair and so it shows up. For the record, though, you should ask HOW MUCH hair because we were told the boys had hair and when they were born, they indeed had hair but it was so short, fine, and blond that they looked bald anyway. Then it all fell out.

Yes, but not much. I was surprised that she (same tech) could tell my oldest would have darker and my youngest would have lighter hair!
