If you cheated on your diet when do you see it on the scale?
Cheating is a relative term. I didn’t really cheat… I just ate badly, since my diet is just eating less… I mean I ate less than I normally would but it was bad food I was eating! Like fried salty foods.
Anyways the next day was fine… and I ate well all yesterday but today my scale number is terrible like 2 pounds up!! Could it have been my poor eating two days ago? It was very salty. I’m kind of wondering if it was water weight retention.
I’m just curious. It really doesn’t bother me that much because I’m pretty sure I didn’t really gain 2 pounds. Well hopefully! Haha.
Thanks! I usually weigh myself in the morning so I don't have anything to drink before the "weigh in".
