The only experiences I have had with road rage have been with male drivers.

Last summer, some punk wanna-be gangsters got out at a red light, screaming at us and tried to open my car door (thankfully we have automatic locks) after we pulled in front of them. They ended up following us for miles, waving their handgun in the air and we had to call the cops and file a report.

And just the other day I was driving when a car full of young guys came bombing up beside me in the turn lane. Once we got to the intersection, I realized they were trying to cut around traffic by speeding in the turn lane, but it was too late for me to let them in. They ended up calling me a bitch and throwing their Slurpee at my car before moving back in behind me. I'm glad my windows were rolled up!

The gun incident was the worst experience I've ever had; I've never been so scared!

I see a lot of men cursing or giving the finger or cutting other drivers off, though. It seems so stupid to me, to get so worked up about driving!

I would say both. I have experienced equally bad road rage from men and women.

I think both can have road rage.
