I usually just send a card and call. If we are together, I will treat them to dinner!
Do you buy your parents birthday gifts?

Yes, it's so hard to know what to get my dad so I mainly give him gift cards. For my mom I can find gifts or if I'm stuck I also do a gift card! Or some kind of photo gift featuring the DD is always good!

Yes, my family lives nearby so we always get together for cake, presents and dinner. DH's family lives a few hours away so we give them their gift the next time we're together. Now that we're older we usually go in with our siblings to get one bigger gift.

My sisters and I do joint gifts...usually tickets to a show/concert.

Yes! We only live an hour from my parents, so we always get together for their birthdays! The only hard part is that both their birthdays are in December, so it makes December very hectic!

Yep! We get them birthday presents, mother's/father's day presents and I usually just send a family Christmas present!

Yes! My parents recently divorced, so I splurge a litte more on them these days since I want to make sure they get good stuff
