When you like something on Pinterest, do you make sure the link is valid before you re-pin? I hate it when I click on a pin and either it takes me no where or it takes me to the website homepage. If I really like the item, I'll find the page where it originally came from and pin that.

I always check before I repin. It annoys me to click on the dead end links too. I've become a little OCD about my boards. They have to be organized and they have to work!

Most of the time I will check that it's linked properly. I'm like you and hate clicking on something that doesn't lead to the right place.

Yes!! It drives me crazy when pins are not properly linked! It defeats the whole purpose of Pinterest. I've noticed lately too some ppl are linking to spam pages. Then people unknowingly relink that. I literally spent 20 minutes the other day looking for the original pin that was not linked to a spam site.

I used to just automatically pin but now that more people are on Pinterest I have started checking the links because it is so frustrating to find a dead link later on.

Usually, but just because if it's something that is worthy of repinning, I want to se the source myself.

I usually do, but sometimes if I'm in a hurry I forget...usually I go back later and check it though. I actually go through an edit my pins (like a recipe I made and hated, or a project I completed or I bought something) so I usually end up checking them at some point. I try not to just pin everything I find, I pin for a reason!

I usually do. I even started doing the google image search for images that aren't properly linked. It drives me nuts to be directed to nowhere!
