I pay my chiropractor to do it for me! But sometimes when I get a really good stretch on it cracks and feels awesome.

Not since I've been pregnant. I used to but only by twisting really hard which is no good when preggy. I don't think I could contort my body that way right now anyway!

Mine cracks when I sneeze now... ha! Sometimes I'll twist a bit to get my lower back right before I go to sleep but I try not to... I miss high school chair-desks.. they were the perfect angle for my back to just slide down gently & crack the whole thing! One of the few things I miss about high school.

I always push against the chair I'm sitting in and crack it. It feels so good it's hard not to!

I did pre-pregnancy all the time, but haven't since! I don't know why. Part of it may be that my husband used to lift me of the ground to crack and that's not happening with this belly.

I do, but i also see a chiropractor. My neck also pops pretty frequently.
