Usually on the weekend I will let DH sleep in a few extra hours so he can catch up on sleep, then he will let me take a nap later! we are up a lot during the night with LO, so sleep deprived!

LO sleeps until 8-8:30am these days so that's sleeping in for both of us. He ususally wakes up before me anyhow to get breakfast started, but if he wanted a sleep in day I'd let him for sure.

We're the opposite. On his days off he lets me sleep in because I do 100% of night duty. He had an OT shift this morning so I didn't get to sleep in... Boo.

@prettylizy: we have tried to get LO to sleep in later, but is usually up at 6 am! not counting the other wakeups in the middle of the night!

We're the same - I usually take the early shift and he will let me nap later.

Not applicable since my husband usually is up early on the weekends too for work : /
Last weekend he had off - our son blessed us by sleeping in until 7 a.m. Rare!

I don't think i've napped in the afternoon for a while.
If i had a really rough night, i will ask DH to wake up with the baby, otherwise i will let him sleep in. He normally has to go to work fairly early, and i know how much he needs sleep!

Since I'm a SAHM and my husband works, he lets me sleep in (sort of) on the weekends while he gets our oldest; but if both boys are up we're both up. Yay.
