Yes I have but its never enough so I usually end up feeling crappier when I have to get back to work.. so now I try not to!

No because I was always afraid of not getting up before my lunch break ended!

Yes, I nap in the 3rd row of our minivan!! I even keep a mini pillow and throw back there

I only get a 30 min lunch and it takes me at least an hour to fall asleep, so no. Sometimes I wish I could!
