I almost always woke Xander up after 2 hours. We followed EASY, so I would just wake him and immediately feed him and then if he wanted to go back to sleep, I let him!

Now that he's older (7.5 months), I'm not worried about him getting days and nights mixed up, so if he takes a long nap, I let him be. But I wake him if it's getting close to dinner just to keep him on his bedtime routine.

Yes, but only if it's going to make bedtime difficult. Otherwise I say let them sleep. Leaving them be is the best way for us to understand their needs and patterns.

I occasionally do out of worry that "maybe he stopped breathing" and then I always feel bad after when he's all flustered and confused.

at that age, i did wake her if it was more than 3:30 hours since her last feeding. i think i did that until 3 months? but it was very rare that it went that long!

Not at that age. I would only wake him up if it had been more than 4 hours between feedings.

3 hours is my limit, otherwise I fear for bedtime!

I never have but from now on I will if we are getting close to bedtime. We had a couple of bad nights bc of long late naps. Mornings I let her sleep.
