Ugh I feel like our house is just a pool of germs. I want to bomb it and kill everything!

C got diagnosed with Hanf, Foot and Mouth yesterday and I spent today scrubbing my downstairs with clorox! lol. So yes.

Oh god yes. Or just buy an industrial strength vaccuum to clean all the freaking dog hair!

Oh yes. Seriously, our dog makes our floor/walls so gross. I feel like I clean one room only to have him come in and sneeze and gross it up again....

@.twist.: Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one whose dog makes the WALLS dirty to. He likes to shake his slobber all over the place!

Yes! Every time K gets a new stomach bug I clean EVERYTHING in the house with Lysol and Clorox wipes. Door knobs, baby gates, vacuum, toys, etc...

yes! i wish i could not only scrub every inch and sterilize everything, i wish magic fairies would go through all our crap and de-clutter/throw stuff out!

@MamaMoose: @.twist.: yes!! sometimes I am irrationally annoyed with my dog cause I'm just so grossed out by all the hair. it's literally everywhere. and so much of it. he should be bald by now, from the amount of hair in my house!

I wish I could just do it twice a year or something. I wouldn't want to maintain a germ free environment because I know that a sterile home isn't truly healthy. But once in awhile, just to get a fresh start? For sure.

Once, I did. Kinda....
I sent LO to my mom's for a day (she had been begging for him anyways) and I cleaned THE HELL out of my house.
And then took Lysol to all the walls and doorknobs. I washed all my laundry (our bedsheets, LO's bedsheets) and even cleaned behind the stove and everything. I literally fantasize about doing that again someday soon. I felt like I could eat off my baseboards.
I think i'd like to do it every 4m? Def once again before I get pregnant. So, maybe within the next 7w I will find the time.
Now, if I sent LO to my mom's all day, I'd probably come home and take a nap!
