We usually stick to cards but DH bought us a boxed set of Game of Thrones! I can't wait to binge watch!

We usually do. This year, I got a hanging basket and something to hang it from, and I bought us tickets to a baseball game (he's never been to a major league game).

@autumnlove: You're gonna love it! But actually, take your time, since the current season will be over and you'll need to wait a while if you finish too early!
We don't really exchange gifts for any occasions... We just like to spend time together or do something together.

You're going to love it!! First season? It takes a couple episodes to remember who everyone is and get hooked.
We have every year. It's usually $50 - $100 and we splurge on a nice dinner downtown somewhere.

Not really. We'd rather spend the money on dinner/drinks. My husband did send flowers to my work this year which is nice.

Sometimes if there's something we both want, but usually it's just dinner! We don't even exchange cards because Hubs hates cards, though sometimes he'll buy me flowers.

No, we usually just go to a splurge restaurant for dinner. Ours is coming up soon and this year we're going on a weekend trip to one of our favorite cities as a last pre-kiddo anniversary celebration!

We don't follow the guides, like paper and clocks for the first anniversary, my husband doesn't get stuff like that.
So, we usually get one big thing a year and call it our birthday, anniversary and Christmas gifts. Mine last year was my set of china.

No, we make a home improvement project that we were already going to be doing anyway our 'present'. This year it's a concrete pad under our AC unit. Super romantic

Not usually - just cards and a fancy dinner at our favorite restaurant. Ours was yesterday and I couldn't help but give him a small gift because I had a good idea for something. He felt bad but that's okay, I was happy to give it to him!

absolutely. Sometimes we do experience gifts like a trip, other times it's individual gifts. Last year for our wedding anniversary we took a trip to SF and went to a 49ers game. This year, as lame as it sounds, I really want a nice food processor.
