I've never been big on getting out and exercising. It's just never been my thing. I recently started doing a camp gladiator bootcamp in our area and I'm really liking it. My biggest excuse in the past was that it took forever to get to a gym, the new bootcamp is just 4 minutes from home.
I can go early in the morning (5am and 5:15am time slots) and be done before my alarm would normally go off in the morning.
Do you workout? Do you do morning or afternoon workouts?
I always want to be one of those who just lives an active lifestyle, walking the dog and playing around. The only exercise I get now is occasional walks but the kid's hit or miss in the stroller and bike rides. Just last night I was thinking I want to start biking every day. My poor dog though....
I used to go there after work though, before we got an elliptical for home.
) after having been a very regular exerciser before pregnancy. I just did my first gym workout today & while I got called to the nursery to pick up LO 5 mins before the class ended, I feel like it was SO good for both of us & can't wait to go back!
