I do fitness blender workouts at home 5 days a week. I like that DS can attempt do them with me if he wants, and I hope seeing me do it will encourage him to be active as well!

Yeah I'm pretty miserable when I don't get exercise. I commute on foot about 4 miles a day plus I go to the gym four days a week at lunch. Before I got pregnant I was running a lot (did a marathon) but I'm sort of injured and super sick in the first trimester so I'm taking it easy right now and sticking with cycling and yoga mostly. I can't wait to feel better

Yes working out is a huge stress reliever for me. Running has gotten me through the last few months!

Yep, just quick Youtube videos after I put LO to bed and yoga class once a week. Makes me feel better about all the cake and pizza I eat!
