I think I caught LO's cold (she's basically had a cold every other week for two months so it's a miracle that I'm just now getting sick). It's mostly in my sinuses (no sore throat or coughing). I'm BFing so I've been using the neti pot twice a day but that's pretty much it since my options are limited.

I took last night off from shredding but I'm bummed because I'm actually in a good groove with working out. I know colds can last awhile and I worry that I'll stop exercising then it'll be hard to get back into it.

Do you exercise when you have a cold? I'm motivated so I want to do it, but I also don't want to prolong my cold by overdoing it.
