Just started my cycle today and feel like crap - its my 1st one since I started working out a few weeks ago. I keep telling myself once I get there I will be ok but I just feel so blah I just want to go home and veg on the couch!

Depends how bad it is. When i do have a period, I take vicodin for a day or two, so if i'm feeling all fuzzy, I don't go to the gym. But i otherwise go. Thankfully it's not something I deal with often.

I always did, but I don't have that bad a period. I wouldn't work out if I was sick though.

Not really the first day or two - I've actually tried to go, and left after 15 minutes because I'm just so tired and achy.
