Just gained a bunch of weight visiting my in-laws for a week! I've been exercising and watching what I eat though, so it should come off pretty quickly now that I'm back home.
Do you gain weight when you visit your family or in-laws?

I actually just got back from 2 weeks at the in-laws and I lost 5 pounds.

Yes. We seem to eat like we are dying there - dessert for every meal, snacking constantly. She also had candy all.over.the.house for Easter. She even put some secretly in my carry on bag. I of course discovered it and after eating 3 or 4 pieces told my husband he either had to eat it himself or I would throw it away. He took one for the team.

Yep, every time. We go to my in-laws for Thanksgiving every year. My MIL wakes up every morning before us and cooks us breakfast. Not that I try to resist much -- but you just can't say no to a sweet lady who makes a point to cook you home-cooked meals! Her biscuits and gravy are craved amongst the family.

No. My MIL doesn't eat carbs and my mom doesn't cook tons of food.

No...cause we see them all the time. But for major holidays I do.

Nope. But then again we never visit for more than two days.
