Through my recent cooking adventures (and by adventures, I mean ACTUALLY cooking... nothing fancy or exciting, sorry!) I have discovered that I hate rosemary! It tastes like Christmas trees to me!
I'm also not crazy about tarragon because it freaks me out how it tastes like licorice!

For herbs, I am not a fan of oregano in any format.
As far as spices go, I can't get behind ground ginger. Fresh is fine.

Not a fan on cilantro and I hate when parsley is just thrown onto a plate of food. gross.

I hate fennel....hate it. Also not a fan of Clove, too strong for my liking.

That is interesting about the cilantro, I can't tolerate it at all, but coriander is ok.

Mmmm tarragon, I love it! I put it in my pasta salads. I love almost all spices but I prefer to stay away from curry.

Wow I love all of these! And gin. Gin is delicious (the good stuff, the cheap shit DOES taste like a pine tree)

@blackbird: oh I hate dill too! Is that the long skinny one? They put it on everything bagels at costco (I think einstein brothers?) and UGHHH!!! I get them and pick out all those dill pieces!!

I don't like quite a few...cilantro, rosemary, sage, dill , fennel, and coriander. Blech. I'm also not a huge fan of ginger, but I can tolerate it in small amounts.

@mrs. wagon: dill is super fine/frilly strands of green. i think what you are talking about are caraway seeds...they are the awful tasting things on the everything bagels. I hate caraway so much!
I also hate fennel. I also hate celery so I hate celery salt and I imagine I would hate celery seed.

Cilantro and ginger. I think I hate ginger more though. I'm doing a cleanse and one of the items I have to eat is a carrot and ginger soup. Blech. I'm choking it down right now....

A cilantro hater here!!!! Yuck yuck yuck. I hate how it's in so much Mexican food because I love Mexican food....but not cilantro!

I tried tagging all of you but it got to be too many - so just add me to the list of fennel haters. Hate. See also: tarragon and star anise - more licorice tasting disgustingness.
But I LOVE me some cilantro. I have to hold back for DH. He doesn't hate it, or have the genetic predisposition for soap taste, but it's very strong to him and quickly overwhelms a dish. Meanwhile you can pile it on my food and I am a happy lady.
