I've always wanted a Martha Stewart style garden. (I love her).
I'd grow tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, green onions, green beans, squash, herbs..!
I'd grow fruit too.
Hmm. I think I'll go out and pick a pomegranate for dinner.

No no space right now for a real garden, and I have black thumbs. Even my herbs die

I had a small garden this year and we're trying to figure out if we want to do a raised bed next year. The LO is due in June so the question is, even though I won't be working, will I have time for gardening? If nothing else, we'll plan some herbs and jalapenos again on the side where they did well this year.

We have a small yard and I've always wanted a garden but couldn't get it together to do it this year! But will definitely plan for a few flower beds in the spring.

We had our first garden this summer! We planted tomatoes, eggplant, serrano peppers, herbs (lemongrass, mint, basil, thai basil, chives), green beans, cauliflower, and asparagus! Now that it's winter, I've planted garlic where our tomatoes were.
We also have an orange tree, an avocado tree, and a lemon tree.

No, I don't have interest in such things. I like to buy my produce. Lol.

We don't have very good soil at our house, so I don't have a food garden, but i do have a flower garden in front of our house. I am going to add to it next year too.

I had a patio garden at our apartment this past summer. Now that we have a house I'm going to try out gardening in the spring.

We moved when I was 8 months preggo so we haven't had time. My first goal is an herb garden.

If anyone plants mint, that stuff grows like weeds! It's taking over our entire herb garden. I heard it's best if you keep the roots in a container, even if you decide to plant it in the ground... that way it's contained.

we have a garden.. veggies mostly! DH does most of the work but this next summer I really want to start to garden too, last year I was super pregnant and only lasted 2 minutes in the heat.

@chopsuey119: We do! DH does most of the work, he put in planters that hold a lot of our veggies! Green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, peppers (green, red, yellow, purple), cucumbers are our usual stock of veggies. DH experimented with strawberries and raspberries this year that didn't turn out so well... we love having fresh veggies from the garden during the spring/summer/early fall. We save a lot on grocery shopping too!
