Hi everyone,
I'm almost 35w along and have made it this far without any special pillows for sleeping, aside from a normal king-sized pillow to gently prop up my stomach a little bit while on my side. Sometimes I also squish the bottom part of the pillow between my knees. However, lately when I wake up, my hips are sore from sleeping on my side, even if I constantly change sides all night. At this point, I'm willing to try other pillows or a different configuration if it will help me sleep better and also not wake up quite as sore.
What do you use? Do you think your set-up helps relieve some pressure on your joints and ligaments?
Would love any suggestions. Thanks!
