@HLK208: omg I want that firs t dress for myself. Would I look silly at the thanksgiving table with that on? I really hope E's outfits are going in the classifieds around the time I finally have a daughter. NEED.DRESSES
and no, I have no idea what E will wear because I bought him like 3-4 options for the holidays and nothing fits him yet. FX for a growth spurt before Thanksgiving:).

So cute! Also, so glad I had a buy...I was at Kmart the other day and they had SO MANY flipping adorable dresses for little girls. I would have bought them all...
We have some nice sweaters he can wear but nothing definitely planned yet. I should probably start thinking about it...we're having Christmas lunch at a pretty formal place and I want him to look sharp.

@locavore_mama: So I checked tonight, the Gap dress has two buttons in the back.

@HLK208: oh I love that gold dress!!! Beautiful!
I have an outfit I bought awhile ago but I think it will still be too big!
It's 18-24m but he's still in 12-18

So many cute things. I don't know what size she will be so I'm holding off. I'm thinking she will be in 3-6 months. She usually dresses more for comfort though.

DS will be wearing this (got it at Marshall's woot!) and DD will probably wear this and a red sweater

@mediagirl: +1! In addition to her totally not-holidaycentric-but-appropriately-colored consignment clothes.

I saw this dress and just thought iy was the perfect, classic Christmas dress. She'll wear it to see Santa and for a bit on Christmas Eve and day for pics. She was only 2 weeks old last Christmas so I knew I wanted to do it up this year!

My child already has three Christmas dresses (and 4 sets of Christmas PJs) in her closet. I admit that I'm out of control!

@MamaMoose: ah I love the polka dot dress!
I have to look for D's still!

@MamaMoose: I forgot we have the same dress from classifieds. Sadly I think R won't fit in it still by Christmas. Might be a shirt! I have 4 outfits, 3 dresses, and 2 sleepers. Issues!

@Adira: with how small my child is I'm wondering if he will be fitting into 18-24 next year!! He is 12-18 right now, and he has always been a slow-grower lol. No growth spurts here!
I'll keep you updated oh and it's from old navy- I've seen a few in eBay if you want to check there!

@Mrs. Champagne: haha aww good! I definitely set out to prove people wrong that baby boy stuff can be just as cute! And I am totally known among my friends as the mom who dresses her boy as stud. I hope he still likes dressing nicely as he gets older! If he's anything like his father- he will

@Mrs. Pen: Xander's a bit of a peanut for his age too, so he may not even fit that size next year anyway!!

@MamaMoose: pretty please send me a pic of your baby girl wearing the red smocked dress when she does .

@Smurfette: I think we will be in Atlanta the weekend of 12/14... We may have to put the girls in their matching dresses for a photo shoot!

These are all so cute!!! Once Baby J arrives, I'll be able to buy something. I told DH I just want to do it already! So excited for the holidays with a LO.

Soo. We bought her a 3-6 month dress, and it fits her perfectly...right now. Gah!! Looks like I need to go shopping again...

Those are all so cute! And the adorable fancy baby girl dresses are amazing - I would be in so much trouble if we had a girl because I would spend sooooo much money on clothes! Here's our LO's Thanksgiving outfit:

I don't want to commit yet. I think we're going to take her to see Santa at Harrods in London this year though, so it needs to be dressy!
I had my eye on a pretty gold dress from Gymboree, but it's sold out.

I love you all for making me think about her outfit already (I know it's just around the corner and I should be thinking of it)! But I'm a little out of it this year.
I just realized she might need 3 outfits again, but I'm counting pjs in there - it depends on how long we stay over at the in-laws.

I nabbed this photo from an Ebay auction I'm watching, I have this dress in 0-3 (fingers crossed it still fits C!) M found it and is absolutely insisting that she wears it, she's 2!!! So I'm scouring online classifieds and Ebay for the same dress! It's from Baby Gap and I think a silver sweater and either silver or red stockings will be adorable. I tried to persuade her to wear a cute tiered dress and she won't have anything to do with it.
