No butt pain yet, but I have a weird pain in my inner left leg! Everytime I switch positions in bed or get up quickly to pee, I get this sharp stabbing feeling. I'm guessing it's a ligament pain.

At 30 weeks my hips started to ache, mostly when sleeping on my side. I flip flop a ton during the night.

Haha well my answer is a little unfair since I'm 39 weeks pregnant, but I started having really bad butt/hip pain around 20 weeks that I had to see a chiropractor for (twisted pelvis from baby weight/holding myself differently). Worked wonders! Then RLP, pain when I hold my pee too long, and now at full term... a host of pains. Sore feet, crinkly ankles, popped hips, heavy belly... this kid better appreciate all I'm doing for him!

I can't sit on the couch or lay in bed without within 5 mins my back hurting. Now my hips and thighs are starting to hurt as well from sleeping on my side.

I've had hip pain since 6wks, which developed into full pelvic girdle pain by 12wks. I mostly feel it when I get out of bed or if I've been driving a long distance - it usually manifests as a sharp pain in my left butt cheek and then my left leg goes dead! I can't stand on one leg to put socks on because of it!! Other times its a pain in my tailbone or in the vagina bone at the front. I dread to think how bad its going to be when I'm bigger!!

I hate to be an anomaly but I've never had back pain during either pregnancy. All I've had is hip problems but that's because a while back, I fractured my pelvic bone (long story). Last pregnancy, I went to physical therapy which helped a lot. This time I'm just toughing it out with the exercises I learned last time.

Thighs/hips/groin are kind of sore and my knees are having trouble with the extra weight--this is most noticeable when sitting down on the toilet. I squatted over a dirty toilet at the mall the other day and thought my knees were gonna give out!

@tororojo: I told DH the other day that it should be a law to have toliet seat liners in every public restroom, restaurant, etc. It is hard squatting when pregnant!!

@Smurfette: So true! I don't think I have ever used a toilet seat liner because I'm a squatter, but man it would have been so helpful. I keep hoping my knees will last another month.

I have a lot of stomach pain - just sore. Sometimes it's like a side ache, other times it's RLP.
I experienced some hip pain a few weeks ago but sleeping with a pillow between my knees have helped that.
As for my knees, they scream in pain every time i go up or down stairs, or get up from sitting. I've always had weak knees and the extra weight doesn't help!
I've also had painful acne. At times my whole chin feels like i got hit in the face with a bat or something, just so much swelling.
Pregnancy isn't for the weak is it!!
