We do not! We may do something on another night this weekend though, if we can arrange for babysitting.

Nope, we're lazy. I think DH is going to bring home sushi on his way home from work, as a treat. Sushi is SO expensive here, so we dont eat it often.
Can't wait to get back to $13 all you can eat. lol

Nah. We don't celebrate Valentines Day - we never have. To be honest, I wish we did this year because I need some romance in my life!!

We're making dinner together at home! It's what we always do. If we go out, we never do it on the 14th - always a few days before or after.

No, we don't usually go out on Valentine's Day, the menus usually suck and we prefer to choose what we eat.

Nope. We're still on vacation and checking-out of of our hotel and into a timeshare/rental place on V-day. I'm hoping for some good paella nearby!

We are thinking of going to eataly - and bringing our 3 month LO. I'm hoping that going to a casual eating space (not one of the formal restaurants) will be ok and not disruptive. Has anyone been to eataly and can comment?

We're ordering pizza because 1) I refuse to cook dinner, 2) we don't have a sitter so we can't go out and the places we usually go with the kids are doing special/fancy things, 3) DH informed me that he plans to work late.

Hellllllll no. I worked in a restaurant in high school and hated valentines day. You couldn't pay me to leave my house Friday night.

No, we are going out to lunch instead. I live in a college town and the restaurants are completely bananas the entire weekend; there's no way we are venturing out into that!

Not yet. I'm not sure what time DH is getting home that night. It's his weekend to be on call. So if we do go out it won't be to anywhere really nice.

Nope, we are going to grill some of the highend steaks I got for Christmas from work and make some nice sides, some dessert, and a bottle of wine for when LO goes to bed!

DH uses v-day as an excuse to make & eat a good steak!

Last year, we had a newborn, so we did curbside pickup at Carabba's. It was actually really nice to light the fire, open a bottle of wine, and snuggle up at home with yummy food. I think it might become a tradition.

We're going to my parents house! I have an ultrasound after work so my mom is picking DD up from daycare. She asked if we wanted to stay for dinner when we come get her and I never say no to a free meal! How romantic right?
