DH isn't a snooper so I don't do too much to hide them.
I have a spare dresser in a guest room and normally keep stuff in one of it's drawers. Or when DH's gifts arrive, I just keep them in the shipping box (sealed) until I'm ready to wrap them.

We each have an off-limits place. He puts my things on a certain cabinet in our entertainment center and I tuck his things into my chest of drawers. So far, this has worked well. He tried putting my stuff in a place in the kitchen, but since I do the baking, I always had to have him get certain things that I needed so that I wouldn't accidentally snoop.

We also each have an off limits place (although I've just realized that my off-limits place is now my son's closet, so that's not going to work). The problem is that his off-limits place is the closet in the office and it has stuff that I sometimes need, so every so often I'll open the door and think "Gak! No, I'm going to ruin Christmas!" and slam it shut again. So far I've never seen anything.

My DH is the least snoopy person ever and loves to be surprised with presents. I'll tell him if I'm expecting a package and he'll never even look at it. Me on the other hand, I'm a box-shaker and snooper, so he knows to hide things well.

My husband is so oblivious that I don't really need to hide things from him! He can't even find things that are right in front of his face (which is funny but also irritating ).
What does happen to me is that he will always buy stuff for himself. last year I tried to really lock it down and told him not to make any purchases for himself over $20 until after Xmas and he still bought himself most of the presents I bought him. He's impossible to buy for bc of this and his bday is right around Xmas, so every year it's a major fail on my part!

I've already wrapped his gifts and stored them somewhere he won't look (the infant seat).

Either in my closest or in our spare room. I pick those places so I don't forget where they are.

We hide gifts from each other, but we also tell each other, "Hey, stay out of the X until after Christmas!" We had to agree to this early on so we wouldn't stumble onto gifts and ruin the surprise!

My husband doesn't snoop, I do!
When I purchase something though, it's a problem, because he will know in advance, so for this last gift, I had to coordinate to use a credit card from my parents.

I kind of hide them but it's not needed. Last year his gift came in a box marked with the brand and it should have been a dead giveaway. He was totally surprised despite being the person to carry the box in...
