If he naps over 2 hours we can usually push back bed time w/o a problem. He goes to bed at 8/8:30 as it is and if he naps from like 1:30-4 then he is usually not tired until 8:30/9.

I tend to go by his cues...bedtime is usually between 7 and 730 but if he's slept til nearly 5, then sometimes we start bedtime procedure around 730 so he's not really in bed til 8. But, if he seems tired we proceed as normal.

Not usually, unless we want to go do something. Then we use it to our advantage. She will sleep at her normal time anyway!

@ScarletBegonia: pretty much the same here. I try not to push it by more than half an hour though.
