Had an u/s today (23 wks 5 days) and mine is head down. 
Figured he was since he's been kicking me up by my ribs.

Yepp. Doctor around at my appointment last week. He’s head down with his butt in my ribs (top right) and his legs folded over down on my left side. And when he moves I can feel him all over. Owwwwwww.

No:( I wish I knew! I'd assume head down because I feel kicking in my ribs but it's only one side so he could be sideways? But I'm thinking he is head down because I feel pressure on my bladder much more so than I have ever felt in the last weeks
so it's either a little butt or a little down pushing on me!

last appointment she was head down, and her back was running up along my left side with feet in ribs

He/She is in the pike position!! Head is down by my right hip, butt is left of my belly button, and feet are in my right ribs. Silly baby.

u/s a little over a week ago LO was head down by my right pelvic bone and butt up under my left ribs (heart pretty much right under my bellybutton). I'm 37w5d and don't think from teh movement I've felt that LO has completely changed position aside from the tendency to migrate to one side or the other frequently so my bump is often lopsided.

head down, i felt her little foot poke my hand the other day on the right side, but i think she rotates because i'll feel poking on the left side sometimes too.
