One of my coworkers always has her radio on. I used to do Pandora before they blocked it at work. I'm working from home and not on network, so listening to Pandora

Always. We work in a mobile office (very close proximity, and no assigned seats), so my headphones are always on.

I stream NPR/WBEZ or podcasts. If I can't find a stream of a podcast, I'll play it on my phone through iTunes. I started doing this a year ago and haven't looked back since. I donate to NPR since I use the service daily.
ETA: I work in open work space. I hear everything. I love it (sarcasm font) when people in enclosed work spaces take calls in our area. If your workspace is enclosed, you have privacy, use it!

Yes, I usually use iradio or spotify on my iphone. The music and headphones help block other people out.

yup, I usually stream spotify on my phone. I get 1-3 phone calls an hour though too so I can't have it too loud if I have to answer the phone, and don't want to bother my coworkers.

Yes, I have a few Spotify playlists for the workday. I use earbuds unless my officemate is gone, which is maybe half the time, then I play through the speakers.
