When I first started out in journalism I loved my job so much I felt like the luckiest person in the world. But then I stopped appreciating it so much. I'm hoping to have a job I'm as passionate about again one day.

I really like my job (especially my new boss and new coworker), but I don't LOVE it. Given financial security, I could quit tomorrow and be totally OK with it.

I do and I don't.. the work is repetitive but it's stressful. Not a whole lot of opportunity for pay increase, but I get to bring LO to work, I can come and go as I please.. So i'm choosing flexibility and having LO with me over getting rich haha

I'm not IN LOVE with it. But, I LOVE it. Is that different?
I'm good at what I do, it pays well, has great benefits, and very family-friendly and flexible. I love my team and the industry (if I ever chose to leave). I help create jobs so I feel like I'm contributing to society in a tiny, positive way. That said, I also work with a lot of people and deadlines so that can get stressful at times. But, for the most part it works with my personality.

@Smurfette: There are parts I really like, although I'm not sure about love. It's emotionally draining sometimes (the environment can feel a bit toxic).
I've been thinking about it a lot lately. But my insurance is pretty decent and my summers are fairly flexible. I feel like there would be some kind of trade-off wherever I work.
