Depends on the conversation. Not referring to other people but mainly when I do it.

I don't! that's the whole point to starting up discussions.

I like it - its where the most interesting conversations happen.

Sometimes- like when it gets to the "thanks"; "ok"; "haha yeah" part...otherwise usually I find it super interesting.

Eh, not really. I usually apologize to the OP for doing it, but it never stops me.
blogger / wonderful cherry / 21616 posts
I like it because it always pertains to the topic anyhow and the threads are for everyone to learn/discuss so I don't mind when someone thread jacks as long as it's not totally a different subject than the OP.
I try not to do it tho, if I have a question for someone I wrote it on their wall.

@mrs. wagon: how are you doing? Any more instances of crib vaulting?
blogger / watermelon / 14218 posts
@mediagirl: lol! nice threadjack!!
in fact, yes.... last night he vaulted out and fell onto patrick again. we're still discouraging it but when he does it, he's half asleep so he doesn't have time to think about the fact that he shouldn't. we're starting to think about the toddler bed and childproofing his whole room... but i'm picturing open drawers and books and clothes everywhere!!

Usually, no. When it turns into a snarkfest, yes. Good thing that's not an issue here!

@mrs. wagon: oh geez! At least you're making it safe for him. Oh, toddler bed time. Trouble!!
I'm good. Sleep is elusive but that's to be expected. Happy baby almost makes up for it.
I don't mind thread-jacking. I feel bad for the original poster if the topic never comes back to her question but, most of the time it doesn't seem to cause a problem.
