I couldn't tell you the last time I napped, but it does always sound like a great idea lol. Are you a napper?

No, not usually. Not unless DH is home and/or I have a migraine. Sonetimes when E is napping on the weekends we'll go take a nap together, and that's nice.

I wish I were. It always sounds like such a good idea, but then LO falls asleep and I just want to unwind or get stuff done.

Rarely. I have a hard time falling asleep so It's often not worth it. But after really bad nights with Lo I do make a point to lay down in bed and unwind even if I never fall asleep.
Dh can fall asleep in minutes. I was really really hoping Lo would have gotten that gene.

Sometimes on the weekends, but even then it's not intentional - it's more like me dozing off on the couch for 10 minutes.

when DH is home, he tries to relieve me so I can take a nap or somewhat sleep in. seriously exhausted these days!

I love naps, but lately the only time I get one is because I fell asleep trying to work. DH used to take LO to let me have one every morning and I seriously miss those days sometimes.

Not normally but right now I nap 2-3 times per week. LO wears me out and I'm already so exhausted by this pregnancy that sometimes I just need it.

sometimes. i lay down on my bed to "relax for a second" after I get LO down for his nap, and sometimes I don't wake up again until LO does! i'm a little embarrassed to think about how often that happens. think like, at least once a week. in my defence I am almost 30 weeks PG?

Yes! I need a nap to get through the day. I'm 36 weeks pregnant, and my energy levels are at an all time low.

Usually only when I'm sick! Though I took alot of naps during the newborn days! I felt sick yesterday and tried to have a nap while LO did, but I just lay there staring at the wall because I couldn't fall asleep

I love napping. I always did weekend afternoon naps pre-DD. Now I'll sometimes nap during her afternoon nap if we had a rough night. But sometimes I find it's easier to just power through than to nap, because I often wake up feeling really groggy.

I loved napping before M was born. Now I feel like if I nap while she's napping I don't get anything done. I haven't really had a nap since she was born.

When I'm lucky! Although it seems lately I'm only ready for a nap when LO is awake, not when she's napping.

I try when I'm not feeling well but it's hit or miss. I'm going to try today when Lo goes down

I take one nearly every weekend day while E takes his. I could sleep anytime, anywhere.

I nap every day for at least 45 min while lo naps. I wake up an hour before she does so by mid-day, I need that nap as much as she does!

I didn't until a week before I started work. I took an hour nap in the afternoon during DS's nap. It felt amazing!!!

I am a WOHM so not really an option. And I have to much to get down around the house on the weekends to nap.
