I eat mainly vegetarian and still eat protein with most meals. Peanut butter on toast or eggs for breakfast, we eat lots of chickpeas and black beans and whole grains and avocados.

I'm a carnivore. Even though it isn't always the healthiest, the majority of our lunches and dinners are based around a meat dish.

No. We eat a lot of non meat meals. I think DH didn't even realize that we were going non meat for awhile!
