I think we will be in the same area, and in the same house. My husband loves his job too much for us to leave. There is always the possibility that he could be transferred. If that happens, I hope we go to Atlanta since all my family is in GA and my MIL spends half the year in NC.

Nope. We're in a 2 bedroom and we only plan to be here 2 more years max, by which time we will hopefully have a new newborn, and Lo will be 2.5. We will stay in the same area though.

I sure hope not! It's a small apartment. In 5 years I hope to have another child and we'll for sure need a bigger place.
Although I don't want to live in MN forever, I wouldn't mind being in the same area still.

Same area, but def a different home. We are moving to a two bed in the city now but will prob buy a house outside of the city in the next three years or so.

Absolutely not! We're out of here in 2015, hopefully sooner. I hope we get to go to Georgia next!

Nope. First time owning a home but we've moved states three times in four years for DHs work so I'm not going to feel settled until its been at least a year without moving!

Nope! I am about 6 weeks from finishing grad school, and we'll be moving wherever it is that I find a job. I'm ready to put down roots somewhere!

Yes! Buying a house was hella stressful--don't want to do it again for a long time. Oh, and you're not allowed to move to Georgia!!

Same area, but we hope to move to the town where we grew up (about 20 min away). It's a small town, nice for raising kids, and it has better schools than where we are right now.

Nope! Still living with the in-laws (urgh!) but definitely hope to be gone by 5 years (would already be gone if finances were in our favor) We'll stay in the same area, but closer to town I think!

Who knows? I really don't think we will be, but it wouldn't be terrible if we were. I think we will be in the same area, but it would be enough of a move that our lives will be very different.

Yup! I love our house. And it would be a shock if we had to move to another city.

Hopefully same general area, if we think we can continue to afford it here. If we decide to have another LO, we would definitely move spaces. This place is fine for us and a small child, but after that it would be a little tight. We've lived here awhile but never intended it to be forever.
@Mrs. Bee: I'd love to live abroad at some point, but I just don't see that happening.

Ha ha. YES. It's the family farm. Husband and I decided we will put in an elevator when we get too old for the stairs.

Yep! Our house is worth less than we paid, so no plans of moving anytime soon for us.
