Do you spot before your period? If so, how many days in advance?

I have been lately and I'm not sure why. I will spot (tiny tiny amounts) for two days, stop for a day and then AF will start.

I started spotting after I went off the pill. It varied but it was anywhere from 3-5 days before a real period started-- really annoying. Taking B6 helped reduce the spotting somewhat. Had no issues getting pregnant.
ETA: the spotting was pretty heavy, almost could have confused it fro AF but it was brown, not red.

I never did pre-BC but the last couple cycles I've noticed spotting/discharge a couple days before AF fully starts (you can see it noted on FF). I'm taking B6 this cycle to see if it helps.

For three cycles I would have spotting 6-7 days leading up to AF, it was only ever a little bit, like only when I wiped. On the cycle I got my BFP, I spotted 4 days before for a couple days and then it stopped, and I got my BFP, I'm hoping that I get referred to a gyn dr today, as I don't know what to expect in the upcoming cycles after my mc.

I'm on CD118 and on Sunday I had two tiiiiny specks of blood which made me assume I just scratched myself or something, but then yesterday I started spotting. It's very light, but when I wipe I can see the definite red tint on the TP. One time I wiped and saw distinct streaks of bright red. It's nowhere close to a flow though. I've never experienced spotting before AF before.

It's weird. I used to always spot for a day or 2 prior to AF. Then I got pg/had a MC about a year and a half ago. Ever since then, I don't spot prior to AF! So weird. Once in a while, the night before AF comes I'll have maayyybe a tinge on the tp. That's 'bout it.

Yup, I always spotted a day or 2 before full flow. I kind of liked the warning that it was coming.
