I've been working after the kids go to bed, which always leaves me hungry... so I've been eating an extra meal around midnight and then going to bed around 1 or 2 am. What the heck am I thinking?!

So last night, I restarted an old policy: no food whatsoever after 8 pm. I was so happy with the new policy and weighed myself in the morning, and I had gained four pounds since my last weigh-in. Haha sometimes I hate the scale. I think I'm putting on some muscle from working out though... my clothes are a bit looser lately. Hopefully that continues with no midnight snacks!

Do you stop eating completely after ___ o'clock?
