I wonder if I need more calcium... I try to get it through my diet but I don't think I'm doing a good job.
Do you take any supplements in addition to your prenatal vitamin?

My prenatal is a raw/real food vitamin with lots of vitamins from food products (not just synthetic derivatives) in it and probiotics, which I love. But that means no DHA, so I take fish oil pills in addition. I also started taking a calcium and D3 supplement as I also don't eat enough dairy and my doc recommended D3.

My prenatal includes DHA, so I don't take fish oil any more. But I also take Vitamin C, Calicum and Vitamin D. The doc told me to take Vitamin D but don't really know what it is for.

At the request of my doctor I also take iron, vitamin d, and I got 4b12 shots at my last 4 visits.. all of those are directly related to my blood work results. Iron hasn't been working so I have to go het it through an IV now...

I take a calcium supplement that also includes vitamin D. Since I live in the North East, I don't get much Vitamin D from the sun, so my doctor said I should be taking a Vitamin D supplement anyway. I was also told that I need to get in ~1500mg of calcium, and I was pretty sure I wasn't hitting that with my diet, so that's why I supplement.

I take an additional fish oil capsule. And a boatload of Tums. Not really a vitamin, but they have calcium and kill heartburn so two birds one stone.

On top of my prenatal I take a DHA, vitamin C, vitamin D and acidophilus (probiotic). I do wonder if I get enough calcium in my diet.

My doctor told me to take 4000 ius of Vitamin D per day after my first trimester bloodwork. So just that and the prenatal.

Yes, I take calcium supplements. I took gentle iron as well when I was pregnant to help with my restless leg syndrome.

I take a really good quality prenatal (New Chapter Organics) and an extra DHA supplement. I've been wondering about vitamin D too, I guess I should ask my midwife at my first appointment...

I take my prenatal - some fancy brand from my supplement savvy MIL (seriously, there are 7 different pills in this little packet), plus 3000 ius of vitamin D and a probiotic.

I had to take Iron later in the pregnancy. And I took tums for heartburn. I ate calcium rich foods such as smoothies, yogurt, milk and icecream
