I take a prenatal as well as Vitamin D and Omega-3. My OB recommended taking them the last time I was pregnant so I just continued on with this pregnancy.
Do you take any additional vitamins besides your prenatal?

I'll be takin extra folic acid only during my first trimester when I get pregnant. I did that with my first as well.
My OB also asked me to start taking iron all throughout my last trimester. I didn't listen very well and at the hospital, my iron levels were dangerously low. She had me taking 2 iron tablets in addition to my prenatal for 6w Pp.

I take my prenatal which has fish oil in it. Honestly I have enough trouble taking those (hate vitamins!). But I was also just told I need to start taking iron pills too

I now take prenatals, vitamin D, iron, and omega 3 fish oil. I didn't take the vitamin D until my levels tested low, around 33 weeks.

Prenatals, folic acid, magnesium...but I'm not pregnant yet. I take those every day, and sometimes, an iron pill, because my prenatals don't have iron in them.

I take extra folic acid, calcium +D, and biotin in a.ddition to my prenatal gummies. .
I also take freeze dried aloe Vera summplements to treat an autoimmune bladder disorder instead of taking the nasty Rx the doctor said only might help.

I haven't started my prenatal yet (terrible, I know), but I do take folic acid and iodine religiously, in addition to the occasional vitamin D (I'm currently borderline deficient on vit D so I really need to be better about taking it). I do drink a berocca every morning that is a super hit of Vitamin C and the B vitamins so I'm getting a hodgepodge at the moment.

Iron because I am iron deficient anemic.
Biotin because my scalp eczema has gotten so much worse since my pregnancy and it helps my hair from falling out so much. It also helps with the oil levels of my skin...also all wonky from the pregnancy. Thanks baby!

I take my prenatals plus extra Vitamin D and Calcium.
These aren't vitamins, but they definitely supplement my well-being: stool softeners and Metamucil.

@Danizaur: Is that safe for baby? I have eczema too and I've noticed some pretty bad hair loss in the last year or so and have never hear of that before! I might have to start taking some!
