We text all day

Not really unless it's to discuss important things. DH is a single task kinda guy.

We text occasionally, but as a programmer he gets very focused on his work and doesn't like interruptions. He does text me at lunch semi-frequently. And he calls every day when he leaves work.

yes, and sometimes even over lunch!

Since I'm on mat leave he comes home for lunch, but usually we just send each other a text or two on our lunch break.

We text and email. Lately he's been sending pics of our new puppy when he goes home to walk her at lunch.

Rarely. Maybe a few texts or a quick call, but nothing more than that (unless we need to talk about something).

We email or text sporadically. My job is more demanding of time so not much. But if it's my day off we text more often.

not too often. DH can't bring his phone into work, so we email sometimes but it's his work email and he doesn't like to use it too much for personal stuff. He calls me from work a couple times a week though.

Rarely. My DH calls me on the way home to tell me he's alive and ask what's for dinner.

Yup! We text all day unless he's sleeping or working on the farm. It's how we keep each other informed of things going on because if we waited until dinner time to catch up, lots would be lost/not remembered since we have so many projects going on at once.

We work at the same place so we see eachother socially and have actual work related need to speak throughout the day.

Not really, DH is a forklift driver, so it's pretty dangerous if he would text me! No texting and driving!

We talk if he calls, but mostly a text or two and that's it.

We text throughout the day. When he travels we FaceTime/Skype every day too.

We text all day and he usually calls me when he's on his way home from work.

@Sapphiresun: We work together too! So we have lunch daily & talk about actual work projects. Even with that we still text even though he's just on the other side of the office.
I feel so spoiled & realize we are really lucky. Neither of us want to work at this office forever & it's sad to think it won't always be this way!

Yepp! He usually texts me during his lunchtime and then he'll text me later in the day to give me an idea of when he's getting off work.
