Usually not! There was an awesome show on fox a few years ago that got cancelled after a few episodes. It was so good and I can't imagine why it was cancelled.

Yes--/ I never watch shows on my own. I have to hear it from everyone that it is good and then I jump on the bandwagon.

Usually. For several reasons. First because I have enough to watch on netflix that I don't want to waste my time on something that may suck. Second because I like binge watching shows on netflix so I'd usually rather wait until a show I've heard is awesome has a few seasons on there and then catch up to current. Third because I seem to have different tastes than networks in terms of what is good. It seems like most of the new shows I've tried and loved get canceled (Alcatraz, Land of the Lost) and shows I thought were meh get renewed (Revolution, for example).
