I'm almost 30 weeks preg and have been doing good keeping up with my workouts (3-4x week, 30 mins elliptical & 30-40 mins weights) but it's getting tougher!

Never work out, pregnant or not. I try to go on long walks/hikes when I can, but that's about all the exercise I can get down with.

Yup!! Moreso since I had DS, now I'm at the gym about 2x a week but I want to get there at least 3x. I went today
I like to do the classes - today I did one called RIPPED. I also like zumba, latin hip hop, turbo kick and pilates. I like the classes as it gives me a better cardio workout than I can go on my own and pushes me beyond my comfort zone. Whereas when I run, I can stop anytime - I find I don't push myself as much.

I work out 4x/week. I go in the mornings (like, 5am) because that's the only time of the day that I have time and energy to do it.

Before I got pregnant I worked out every day. I usually ran, took a spin class or did weights. In the first tri I cut wayyyyyyyy back but I kept up walking. I'm still walking 3-4 times a week and doing light weights now at 37 weeks. I can't wait until I can get a GOOD workout again!

I've dragged my butt to the gym for years and done extremely hard workouts while I am there a majority of the time. During pregnancy, I've taken the opportunity to scale back and just enjoy light exercise. I try to do yoga, walk, and/or swim about 2-3x a week, but many weeks I have only done something active maybe once. I'm okay with it.
After the baby is born I plan on getting back to it by working out (HARD!) during my lunch break at work. I'm hoping to arrange for an extended lunch break by going into the office earlier in the morning. I hate early morning workouts and I expect I will want to spend time with LO after daycare and take care of household stuff in the evenings, so lunch time will be my only shot.

@mrsaudi: I'm struggling with this right now! I just started last week and I would start as soon as dh came home from work so he could watch lo. Then we ended up eating so late and I wouldn't want to cook that late. This week I'm going to attempt to get up at 4 or 5 while Lo is still asleep since I can't seem to do it with her during the day. Trying to balance everything out sure is hard! I'm not giving up yet though!

I workout about 4 x a week. Total slacker on the weekends though.

I was a runner before getting PG and would usually run 3 days a week and weight train 2 or 3 times. At the beginning of my pregnancy I just felt AWFUL and couldn't get to the gym. From 11 weeks on I've had periodic spotting and I'm now on modified bedrest (only allowed to work) since having pre term contractions at 26 weeks. So working out has just not been safe for me. I CAN NOT WAIT to start working out again once the baby gets here. We belong to a really nice family YMCA and they have great child care so I have no excuse! Plus I bought a BOB and if I don't put a lot of miles on that thing my husband will not be a happy camper!

Yes, when I can drag myself out of bed in the mornings, that's when I usually go. I've managed to keep it up (down to about 2-3 times a week from 4-5) since getting pregnant, just slowed down/lightened my routine a lot. I keep trying to convince myself to go more often, but the exhaustion (and this being the busy season at work = trying to go in earlier) has made it hard!

Pre-wedding, I worked out 5 days a week at 5am because that was my only free time. Then I became a bum bum for awhile until we got the Kinect. I play/workout on that ocassionally with evening 3+ mile walks with the hubby whenever we got a chance (maybe once a week). We recently started doing bootcamp, but don't know how long that will last! I need a "teacher" to push me so I enjoy classes or the Wii EA Active: More workouts. They register and count your reps so there's no slacking allowed like home videos (e.g. 30 day shred).

I was working out before I got pregnant and then cancelled my membership to save money after finding out we were expecting. We take long walks nightly, but that's all I do. I do plan on joining the gym again to lose the baby weight.

@jessiejo17: Ditto. This is the first time I've ever been without a gym membership in my adult life. It feels really weird!

I love working out, last week I did a 7.5 mile hike at 32 weeks pregnant. I really hope I can get back into it after LO arrives, but I've heard it's so hard!

@kml636: Props! I'm barely walking around Target comfortably at 31 weeks LOL

um, nope. I'll admit it.
my exercise is walking around the block (which is actually a mile!) or laps around target.

I can't find the time either! I am totally one of those people who owns a gym membership and goes 2x a year

Up until about three months ago, yes. I looked and felt like a BAMF! During the second tri I was hardly home, so I pretty much moved the exercise to home instead of the gym. I feel good and can sense that my body doesn't want or need the hardcore workouts in the third tri.
It's actually kind of nice to be taking it easy for now. It feels like my body is resting up before a marathon. But, it will be even nicer to run and lift like I did before the belly showed up!

Ugggggh. I am 12 weeks and have felt awful and nauseous for the last 6 weeks so I'm lucky if I get in a walk in the evening. I'm hoping to go back to the gym when I feel better (please god let that be soon!)
