Trying to decide if it's worth my time, effort and/or money to DIY/buy party hats.

Does your kid like party hats? Will s/he wear them at birthday parties? Thanks!

DD1 is turning 4 and I would initially have said no, but a school friend brought them in for his birthday at preschool and she loved it!
